Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Cookies3 Recipe

3/4 c Shortening
1-3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Cottage cheese
2 tb Vanilla
1/2 c Cocoa
1 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Soda
1/2 ts Salt
2-3/4 c Flour
1/2 c Chopped nuts

Cottage Cheese Cookies3 Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar. Add the rest of ingredients in order: eggs, cottage cheese, vanilla, cocoa, brown sugar, soda, salt, flour and chopped nuts. Chill dough.
