Corn Tortillas
Equal blend of Cheddar;
-Monterey Jack, Asadero and
-Queso Quesadilla cheeses
Chipotles in Adobo sauce

Coyote s Quesadillas Preparation

Grill both sides of the corn tortillas briefly. Then spread evenly the mixture of cheese on top of the tortillas. Next place one to 3 chipotles in a line bi secting the round tortillas.
