Ingredients for Cranberry Apple (Any Size) Recipe

2 c Apples — peeled/shredded
1 c Cranberries — chopped
1 c Carrots — shredded
2 Egg whites — whipped
1/2 c Applesauce
2-1/2 c Unbleached flour
1-1/3 c Granulated sugar
1 tb Baking powder
2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon

Cranberry Apple (Any Size) Preparation

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, cranberries carrots, egg whites, and applesauce. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Fill prepared pan(s) 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on pan size.
