Ingredients for Cranberry Nut Bread 2 Recipe
2 c Whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 c Brown sugar
1-1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
2 Eggs
3/4 c Orange juice
1/4 c Butter; melted (or oil)
1-1/2 c Cranberries
1 c Walnuts or pecans
Cranberry Nut Bread 2 Preparation
From: selenev@cats.ucsc.edu (Selene Vega) Date: 22 Nov 1993 07:15:20 GMT Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Mix eggs, orange juice & butter and add to dry ingredients. Chop cranberries and nuts and stir in. Pour into greased 5 x 9 loaf pan or 4 2 1/2 x 5 loaf pans. Bake at 350{ for 35 - 40 min. Let cool 5 min. in pan and then turn out on rack to cool completely.
