2 c Whole cranberries
2 Seedless oranges with
-unblemished skins
1/2 c Sugar (adjust to taste)
Cranberry-Orange Relish Preparation
In a food processor, grate the cranberries and oranges. Add sugar to taste. Chill for at least 24 hours. Serve cold. This should be made at least a day ahead to mellow .
