Ingredients for Cream Cheese Mints Recipe

3 oz Softened cream cheese
1 lb Confectioner s sugar
1/2 ts Mint extract
Red and green food coloring

Cream Cheese Mints Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar and mint until welll blended. To tint, divide in half and tint one half with red and one with green coloring. Pinch off a small amount.
