Ingredients for Cream Cheese Puffs 2 Recipe

4 oz Cream cheese
3/4 ts Grated onion
1/4 c Homemade mayonnaise
1 tb Chopped chives
1/4 ts Cayenne
1/8 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 sm Loaf white bread

Cream Cheese Puffs 2 Preparation

In a small bowl combine first six ingredients and mix well. Cut bread into circles (11/2-inches round) and spread each with cheese mixture. Bake in 350°F oven for 15 minutes: longer for crisper puff. The bread may be cut and spread with cheese mixture and then frozen. Bake when ready to use. Yields 2 dozen puffs.
