Ingredients for Creole Franks and Rice Recipe

1 c Chopped onion
2 tb Butter
3/4 c Catsup
1 tb Worchestershire sauce
1 pk (16-oz) frankfurters; sliced
1/3 c Green peppers
1 c Beef broth
3 c Cooked brown rice

Creole Franks and Rice Preparation

Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. Stir in broth, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Heat. Add franks and rice. Turn into a greased, shallow 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
