Ingredients for Crisp Bacon Muffins Recipe
8 Bacon slices 2
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 1/3 c Cake flour
1 Egg
1 1/2 tb Sugar
3/4 c Milk
1 ts Salt
1 tb Bacon fat
Crisp Bacon Muffins Preparation
Saute bacon til crisp, and chop fine. Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together. Add the bacon. Combine the egg, milk and bacon fat, and blend into the first mixture.
