Ingredients for Crispy Coated Chicken Recipe

1 pk Campbell s dry onion soup
-mix with chicken broth
2/3 c Dry bread crumbs
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Egg
-OR
2 Egg whites
2 tb Water
6 Skinless, boneless chicken
-breast halves
-OR
12 Skinless, boneless chicken
-thighs (about 1 1/2 lb)
2 tb Margarine, melted (opt)

Crispy Coated Chicken Preparation

1. Crush soup mix in pouch. Combine soup mix, bread crumbs and pepper. 2. Beat together egg and water. Dip chicken into egg mixture; coat with crumb mixture. 3. On baking sheet, arrange chicken.
