Ingredients for Crispy Crunch Bars Recipe
3 c Rolled oats; large flake
1/4 c Sugar
2/3 c Brown sugar
1 c Butter
6 oz Chocolate chips
3-3/8 c Peanut butter
Crispy Crunch Bars Preparation
Melt butter, add both sugars and oats. Press into an ungreased 9×13 pan. Bake 12-14 minutes in a preheated 350F oven, or until bubbly and edges are slightly brown. Cool, then place in fridge for a short while. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in double boiler, and spread on the fully cooled base. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares when fully cool.
