Ingredients for Crock Pot Swiss Steak Recipe
2 tb Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1-1/2 lb Round steak; (up to 2)
1 md Onion; diced
2 tb Butter
1 cn Tomato soup or equivalent
-whole tomatoes or stewed
-tomatoes
1/2 c Water
1-1/2 ts Vinegar
Crock Pot Swiss Steak Preparation
Combine flour, salt, pepper and pound mixture into steak. Brown steak in butter and onion. Add tomato soup, water, vinegar and place in crock pot.
