Ingredients for Crockpot Rice Pudding Recipe

1 c White rice; (arborio rice is
-especially good, but any
-will do)
6 c Whole milk; (or 5 cups skim,
-1 cup cream; I use 4 cups
-whole milk and 2 cups
-coconut milk)
3/4 c Sugar
A couple of cinnamon sticks;
-(or 12-15 cardamom pods)
You can also add things like
-shredded coconut; raisins,
-pine nuts, unsalted
-pistachios, whatever!

Crockpot Rice Pudding Preparation

Add these all to the crockpot and cook for 2 hours or until rice is tender. You should stir it occasionally and keep an eye on the pot so that it doesn’t bubble up towards the end of its cooking time. Other than that it is foolproof!
