Place approximately half* the veggies in the bottom of the crockpot, top with roast, then the rest of the veggies. Mix both soups together in a bowl with 1/2 to 2/3 cup of water. Piur over veggies and roast. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. *Upon the advice of many list members, I put all of the potatoes and most on the carrots on the bottom.
