Ingredients for Crunchy Brunch Egg Casserole Recipe
2 c Seasoned croutons
4 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded
4 Eggs; slightly beaten
2 c Milk
1/2 ts Prepared mustard
Bacon; crisp and crumbled
Crunchy Brunch Egg Casserole Preparation
In bottom of buttered Pyrex dish, combine croutons and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients, except bacon, and pour over crouton/cheese mixture. Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top.
