10 oz Boneless skinless chicken
-breast halves; cut into 1
-inch pieces
5 oz Honey mustard
2/3 c Plus 2 Tbs. seasoned
-stuffing mix; crushed
2-1/2 ts Orange juice
Crunchy Chicken Nibbles Preparation
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 15 min. Preheat oven to 400øF. Dip chicken into 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbs.. Coat with stuffing. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
