Ingredients for Crunchy Peanut Butter Drops Recipe

2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
3/4 c Butter or margarine
1-1/2 c Chunky-style peanut butter
1 c Granulated sugar
1 c Firmly packed light brown
-sugar
1 lg Egg
12 oz M&M s Semi-Sweet Chocolate
-Mini Baking Bits

Crunchy Peanut Butter Drops Preparation

Preheat oven to 350øF. In a small bowl combine flour and baking soda; set aside. In a mixing bowl cream butter, peanut butter and sugars; add egg and beat until light and fluffy. Blend in flour mixture just until combined. Stir in M&M’s r Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet; press very lightly to flatten using the back of spoon. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden in color. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks until completely cooled. Store in tightly covered container. MAKES ABOUT 5 DOZEN COOKIES.
