4 lg Baking potatoes; (baked
-until done)
1/2 c Melted butter
1/2 c Milk
1 c Crisp cooked bacon; (diced)
3 c Crushed fritos® brand
-original or wild n mild
-ranch® brand flavor corn
-chips
1/4 c Diced green onions
2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
Crunchy Twice-Baked Potatoes Preparation
Split cooked potatoes lengthwide and scoop out inside. Mash potato filling with butter and milk. Add bacon, 2 cups Fritos® brand Corn Chips, onions, 1 cup cheese. Mix and refill potato skins.
