-cooked and crumbled
1/2 c Skim milk
1/2 c Low-fat baking mix
3 Eggs
1/4 c Fleischmann s® Fat Free
-Spread; liquid
1/8 ts Black pepper
1 c Fat-free cheddar cheese;
-grated
Crustless Bacon and Egg Quiche Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9 pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a food processor, combine milk, baking mix, eggs, spread, and black pepper. Process for 15 seconds. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top; gently press below surface with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
