1 lg Cucumber
2 Cloves garlic
3 tb Fresh lemon juice
2 c Plain yogurt; (fat free or
-low fat)
1 ts Dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Cucumber and Yogurt Sauce Preparation

from Fabulous Greek Foods by Helen Reynolds Crush garlic and place in bowl. Peel and grate cucumber into a strainer to drain liquid. Add to garlic, mixing well.
