1 Hard Cooked Egg *
1 ts Curry Powder
1 ts Ground Ginger
1 ts Lemon Juice
1 Clove Garlic
Cooked Shrimp
1/2 ts Salt
Curried Egg Dip for Shrimp Preparation
* Very finely chopped. ~————————————————————————- Mix together thoroughly the mayonnaise, chopped egg and ginger. Peel garlic and crush thoroughly with the salt (or mash garlic and mix with salt, or add separately). Add garlic and salt, onion, curry powder and lemon juice, blend well. Put in small bowl surrounded by critters. Also good with crackers.
