Ingredients for Curried Egg Sandwich Recipe

4 Hard-cooked eggs; chopped
1/4 c Chopped pitted ripe olives
2 tb Chopped green pepper
1/2 ts Curry powder
Salad dressing or mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
8 sl Whole wheat bread
Lettuce

Curried Egg Sandwich Preparation

Combine eggs, olives, green pepper, curry powder & enough salad dressing to moisten. Mix lightly & season to taste. For each sandwich, spread 2 bread slices with salad dressing & fill with egg salad & lettuce. Cut in half. Makes 4 sandwiches.
