Ingredients for Dad s Favorite Marinade Recipe

1-1/2 c White wine
1-1/2 ts Fennel or anise seed;
-crushed
2-1/2 ts Brown sugar
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 ts Soy sauce
1/2 ts Black pepper
5 ts Lemon juice
1/2 c Oil
3 Scallions; chopped
1 ts Salt
1 pn Nutmeg; (optional)

Dad s Favorite Marinade Preparation
