Ingredients for Dan s Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
1 lb Fresh raw mushrooms; large
1 c Grated cheddar cheese
1/2 md Onion; minced
1/2 c Bread crumbs
3 tb Butter
3 tb Parsley
Salt and pepper
Dan s Stuffed Mushrooms Preparation
Wash and stem the mushrooms, put caps in glass baking dish with holes facing up. Brush with melted butter. Chop stems into small pieces and combine with minced onion, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, leftover butter, and salt and pepper. Stuff mixture into caps and bake until cheese melts.
