Ingredients for Date Bars 2 Recipe
1/4 c Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs; beaten well
3/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking powder
1 c Chopped nuts
1 c Chopped dates
1 ts Vanilla (optional)
Powdered sugar (optional)
Date Bars 2 Preparation
Mix in the order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut when hot. May be sprinkled with sifted powdered sugar when removed from baking.
