Ingredients for Dinner on a Painters Palette Spinach Recipe
1 lb Spinach
1 tb Olive oil
4 Cloves garlic; minced
1 Leek; washed and diced
Dinner on a Painters Palette Spinach Preparation
Wash spinach thoroughly. Shake off excess water, but do not dry. In a nonaluminum pot, over medium heat, add oil, garlic and leek. Stir until leeks and garlic become translucent. Add spinach and cover pot. Cook for 5 minutes, or until spinach has completely wilted. Let cool, then puree in a food processor.
