2 Stalks celery; chopped
2 Fresh onion blades; chopped
1 tb Bacon drippings
1 c Instant rice
Salt and pepper
Thyme
Sweet basil
Parsley flakes
Garlic powder
1 Pod red pepper (optional)
Dirty Rice Casserole (Kathryn Lawrence) Preparation
