Ingredients for Ditt s Grits Recipe
6 c Water; boiling
2 ts Salt
1-1/2 c Grits
1 Stick margarine
1 lb Velveeta cheese
3 Eggs
2 cn Green chile; chopped
Ditt s Grits Preparation
Add 1 1/2 cups grits to boiling water. Cook slowly and add margerine and cheese. Stir until melted. Beat eggs to add to mixture; stir in green chiles. Pour into greased cassarole dish.
