Ingredients for Divinity Candy 2 Recipe
5 c Sugar
1 c Light corn syrup
1 c Water
2 ts Vanilla extract
4 Egg whites
3 c Nuts; chopped
Divinity Candy 2 Preparation
Combine light corn syrup, water and sugar. Boil to 265. Beat egg whites stiff and gradually beat in boiling syrup. Whip until it begins to stiffen. Add vanilla and nuts; drop on wax paper.
