1 Pie crust; for deep dish pie
4 c Peach, fresh; sliced
1 c Sugar
3 ts Flour
Butter
1/2 c ;Water, boiling

Dolly s Peach Cobbler Preparation

Mix all ingredients except boiling water. Turn mixture into the pie crust and level, adding strips of left-over pie dough to make an informal lattice work on top. Place ‘pats’ of butter over top of crust. Pour boiling water over the top of all.
