  • When I prepare Dolmathes to simmer, I place a few layers of rinsed grape leaves in the bottom of a pot, then I layer the stuffed grape leave on top. Once this is done another layer of rinsed grape leaves on top of that. Once , this is done I pour chicken broth over it just enough to cover, and place a upside down plate on top for weight. Then cover with a lid and simmer about 45 minutes, or until the broth has been obsorbed. Enjoy
