2 Habanero chiles; seeded and
-chopped
2 Shallots; finely chopped
1/2 c Fresh cilantro; chopped
1 tb Thai fish sauce
1 Lime juice (fresh); one lime
2 ts Sugar
1 pn Salt
Double Mango and Habanero Salad Preparation
