Ingredients for Dream Bars 2 Recipe

1/2 c Butter
1-1/2 c Light brown sugar
1 c Sifted flour
1/2 ts Salt
2 Eggs; well beaten
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Vanilla
1-1/2 c Coconut
2 tb Flour
1/8 ts Salt
1 c Chopped nuts

Dream Bars 2 Preparation

Mix butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour & salt & pat into greased 10-inch square pan. Bake in moderate oven (about 350) until slightly brown. Blend 1 cup brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla, salt, eggs, coconut, flour & nuts. Mix well & spread over baked layer. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until done. Cut into squares while warm.
