Ingredients for Dressed Up Potatoes Recipe

10 md Potatoes; peeled & quartered
8 oz Sour Cream
1/4 c + 2 tbsp. milk
2 tb Chives.; chopped
2 ts Salt
1/4 ts White pepper
1 ds Onion Powder
1 ds Garlic Powder
2 tb Butter or margarine; melted
2 tb Almonds; sliced

Dressed Up Potatoes Preparation

Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain and mash. Add sour cream, milk, chives and seasonings. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole. Drizzle butter over, sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
