2 ts Coarsely chopped garlic
1 tb Tabasco Sauce
1 tb Minced parsley
Drunken Prawns Preparation
1. Peel and devein prawns (or omit this step and let guests peel their own when prawns are served). Place in a large pot along with beer, garlic, Tabasco, and parsley. 2. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes or until prawns turn pink. Do not overcook. Serve hot.
