6 tb Sugar
1 tb Dry lemon powder
2 tb Pepper powder; (mild or
-wild)
2-1/2 tb Black pepper
1 tb Paprika

Dry Rub for Ribs and Pork Preparation

This is for sprinkling on spareribs or pork shoulders before you barbecue them. Use heaping measures when you are mixing it and do not skimp when you use it.
