2 tb Lemon low-fat yogurt
3 c Presliced green cabbage
1/4 c Raisins
2 tb Chopped dry-roasted peanuts
3 tb Sweet and sour sauce

Combine apple and yogurt in a bowl; toss well to coat. Add cabbage and remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
