Ingredients for Easy Supper Casserole Recipe

1 Green pepper; chopped
1 Onion; chopped
2 tb Oil
1-1/2 lb Ground beef
1 cn Whole kernel corn
1 cn (3-oz) chopped mushrooms
1 cn (6-oz) tomato paste
1 cn Tomato soup
1 cn Water
1 ts Chili powder
1 ts Salt
4 oz Grated cheddar cheese
1 pk (5-oz) noodles

Easy Supper Casserole Preparation

Saute pepper & onion in oil. Add ground beef & brown. Add remaining ingredients except cheese & noodles. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles & place in casserole alternately with meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 300 for about 30 minutes. (Serve with coleslaw & French bread.)
