Ingredients for Easy Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

2/3 c Olive oil
2/3 c Chicken broth
1/2 c Cider vinegar
1 lg Clove garlic
2 ts Dijon mustard
1 ts EACH salt and sugar

Easy Vinaigrette Dressing Preparation

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well blended. Pour into a jar and cover tightly. Or, using minced garlic, put all ingredients in a bowl or jar and shake or whisk until blended. Shake or whisk before serving.
