8 sl Buttered toast; trim crusts
1-1/2 c Chopped cooked sausage; ham,
-bacon or spam
10 Eggs mixed with
1-3/4 c Milk
1/2 ts Salt and pepper
1 c Cheddar; jack or American
-cheese, shredded
Egg Strata Preparation
The night before, butter a 9×13 oblong dish. Line with toast. Add egg mixture. Sprinkle on meat and cheese. Refrigerate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
