Ingredients for Escalloped Pineapple Recipe

1-1/2 c Sugar
1/2 lb Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
5 sl Bread, cubed
2-1/4 c Pineapple Chunks In Juice

Escalloped Pineapple Preparation

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, milk, bread cubes, and pineapple chunks with juice. Toss together. Bake one hour at 350ΓΈ in one large oblong flat pan or two small square ones.
