Ingredients for Fiesta Chicken Quesadillas Recipe

4 8-inch fat-free flour
-tortillas
Nonstick cooking spray
1 c Cooked chicken; Chopped
1/2 c Thin red bell pepper strips
1/4 c Thin green bell pepper
-strips
2 oz Reduced fat sharp cheddar
-cheese; Shredded
1/2 c Old El Paso Homestyle Garden
-Pepper Salsa
1 tb Sliced green onions

Fiesta Chicken Quesadillas Preparation

1. Heat oven to 450F. Line 15×10x1-inch baking pan with foil. Spray both sides of each tortillas lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Place 2 tortillas on foil-lined pan. Sprinkle each with half of the chicken, bell pepper strips and cheese. Top with remaining 2 tortillas. 2. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until light brown and crisp.
