Ingredients for Fluffy Citrus Dressing Recipe
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Orange peel; grated
2 ts Lemon peel; grated
1 tb Lemon juice
1 c Whipping cream; whipped
Fluffy Citrus Dressing Preparation
In sauce pan beat 1 egg, add sugar other ingredients except whipping cream. Cook and stir over low heat until thick, approx 5 minutes. Cool well. Fold in whipped cream.
