Ingredients for Fran s English Walnuts Recipe

1 lb Shelled walnuts
1 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Sour cream

Fran s English Walnuts Preparation

Bring sugars and sour cream to 238 on a candy thermometer, stirring constantly. Pour over walnuts (use a large bowl and work fast) and stir to coat. Pour out onto wax paper and allow to harden. Break apart and enjoy!!! (AND YOU WILL ENJOY!) You can store in an airtight container if they last long enough. This is so easy and I wish you could be here to taste them! Let me know what you think.
