Shake beef, flour, salt, and pepper ina plastic bag, until beef is coated… Set aside… Place onion and butter in a 3 qt.casserole, microwave on high (100%) until onion are tender, 3-4 min… Stir beef and remaining ingredients into onion sand cover… Microwave on high (100%) for 5 min.then reduce power to med.
