Ingredients for Garlic Herb Pretzels Recipe

2 pk Yeast
1-1/2 c Warm water
1 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
2 Cloves garlic
1 tb Basil
1 tb Parsley
4 c Flour; up to 5 cups

Garlic Herb Pretzels Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt & sugar. Blend in 2 c. flour. Crush garlic and add with herbs. Add 2 c. more flour, and more if dough is too sticky. Roll into snakes & shape. Sprinkle with Kosher salt if desired.
