Ingredients for Ginger Crinkles Recipe

2-1/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ground ginger (or more)
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1 c Packed brown sugar
3/4 c Butter
1/4 c Molasses
1 Egg

Ginger Crinkles Preparation

In one bowl mix: 2 1/4 cups flour 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp ground ginger (or more) 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cloves In another bowl mix: 1 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup butter 1/4 cup molasses 1 egg Combine the two bowls. Form into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake in 375 F oven 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen. Enjoy!
