1 c Grits
1/2 c Butter or oleo
1/2 A; (6 ounce) roll garlic
-cheese
1 c Grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 Eggs plus enough milk to
-equal 1 cup

Good Ol Garlicky Cheese Grits Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring water and salt to a boil; add grits; simmer until done. Add butter, cheeses, and pepper, stirring until melted. In a large measuring cup, beat eggs and add milk to equal one cup. Blend into grits, and pour into a 2-quart casserole. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until light brown on top.
