Ingredients for Gooseberry Pie #1 Recipe
1 9-inch two-crust pie pastry
1-3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Flour
4 c Gooseberries
2 tb Butter
Gooseberry Pie #1 Preparation
Stir sugar and flour together; mix with berries. Pour into crust. Dot with butter. Put top crust on. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes. Cover edge with foil if necessary to prevent burning.
