1/2 c Butter
3 tb Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 ds Pepper
1/4 c Whipping Cream; warmed
Gorgonzola Sauce for Gnocchi Preparation
Put gorgonzola into a bowl with the butter and a pinch of pepper and blend until creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parmesan and heated cream. Keep warm. NOTES : Serve with warm gnocchi.
